Founded in 2012 by Alexis de Galembert, La Fabrique Cookies is a young cookie manufacturing
company, which today has 125 employees and 2 production sites: a first in Gennevilliers, the headquarters, and a second in Ardin near Niort, a biscuit factory acquired at the end of 2023.
Our activity is divided into 2 parts: retail, with nearly 25 directly owned and franchised stores;
B2B with cookies, cakes, and madeleines, for food service professionals.
The team is therefore divided between the production workshop, sales outlets, and offices, and we have three major common points:
1. We love adventure! The adventure of a startup becoming an SME, with all the resulting challenges and the responsibility and autonomy that this implies.
2. We enjoy working in a good mood and sharing our enthusiasm, our stresses, our joys, our fears, our successes!
3. We like to thrive through work, participate in many projects at once, learn, make mistakes, start over, succeed, and grow.
If you have this mindset, then join us!
