IFS certified, Les P’tits Amoureux is expanding into dedicated and tailor-made products for retailers in various distribution channels (food service, supermarkets, specialized channels).
Since December 2023, Les P’tits Amoureux has joined the La Fabrique Cookies group, located in Ile de France.
To support our growth and best meet our customers' satisfaction, we are looking for our future Team Leader to join our team from February 2026.

Responsibilities:

Guarantee customer satisfaction by ensuring compliance with product quality and safety requirements.

Coordinate the production team.

Comply with and apply product quality standards and production, hygiene procedures, etc.

Participate in production quality controls, in conjunction with the Quality department.

Ensure smooth production to achieve performance objectives and steering indicators.
More specifically, the tasks include:

Supervise and coordinate the work of team members, ensuring efficient and effective organization.

Relay instructions from the production manager and report any deviations encountered, offering suggestions for improvement.

Ensure the execution and compliance with on-site quality controls.

Ensure that products meet quality and food safety standards.
-
Participate in the preventive maintenance of production tools.

Identify and resolve manufacturing issues (with the help of the production manager or site manager if needed).

Creation of work orders.

Manage manufacturing and the production team.
-
Ensure the monitoring of records (traceability, hygiene, industrial performance indicators, etc.)

Prepare for production changes.

Replace operators in case of absence or break.
-
Conduct receptions.
Profile sought:
Previous experience in team management or in the food industry.
