La Fabrique Cookies opens its fourth store in Lyon!
We are happy to announce the opening of our fourth La Fabrique Cookies store, right in the heart of Lyon! Starting October 13th, residents and visitors to the city center can discover our brand new gourmet space, located in the 1st arrondissement, on the bustling Rue de la République.
A unique in-store experience
This new address benefits from an ideal location, designed to attract both local residents and the many passing visitors. It is also the first Lyon store to offer seating, creating a truly warm and friendly cocoon for enjoying our cookies.
Visitors will find everything that makes us unique: artisanal cookies, 100% pure butter, French and clean label, made with carefully selected ingredients and baked fresh daily on site by our passionate team.
Our hot beverage selection is also expanding: Chai Latte, Matcha Latte, Mocha, and of course our essential coffees, to accompany an even more complete sweet break.

With this opening, we continue our mission: to showcase the cookie at its best, gourmet, generous, and made with high standards. This fourth store marks a new step in our development, confirming our desire to offer everyone an authentic, artisanal, and deliciously comforting experience.
