Responsibilities:

Know and apply procedures for receiving various raw materials

Follow work orders and prepare biscuit doughs
-
Operate the rotary machine to obtain compliant dough pieces (weight, dimensions, etc.)

Operate the egg washer to obtain a compliant glaze (visual, quantity, organoleptic)

Bake biscuits to obtain compliant products (weight, coloration, product stacking, etc.)

Apply hygiene and cleaning rules to ensure the food safety of products manufactured by the company, and keep your workstation clean at all times

Clean and disinfect your workstation

Load biscuits onto the lug chain

Load products onto the lug chain

Load cases onto the case packer and fill cases with biscuit bags
