In our desire to surprise you every day, we decided to create a generous sharing format for Valentine's Day. This half-baked cookie, with a melting heart and a crispy exterior, is eaten with a spoon for a unique moment.
We offer two irresistible recipes:
- Milk chocolate & hazelnut praline: milk chocolate dough with Valrhona cocoa nibs and hazelnut praline, enhanced with a praline coulis and whole hazelnuts.
- Dark chocolate & peanut butter: dark chocolate and peanut butter dough, accompanied by Valrhona dark chocolate chips and a peanut butter coulis.
