From our signature French butter galette to our cookies, madeleines, and cakes, all our treats are crafted in our two French workshops. Made with 100% pure butter and non-GMO ingredients, they offer a truly authentic taste, perfect for enhancing your food service menu and charming your customers with every bite.
Ardin, our Poitou-Charentes workshop
We expanded our production in 2023 by acquiring a historic bakery in the Ouest of France. With a team of 15, this workshop is entirely dedicated to our French butter galette production. Our iconic 'Broyé' is the star of the range, now proudly exported all the way to the US.
Gennevilliers, our Ile-de-France workshop
Operating since 2022, our 1 650 m² (17,760 sq ft) production site is home to a dedicated workshop where nearly 30 employees bring their expertise and traditional savoir-faire in every product daily.
