La Fabrique Cookies continues its international expansion!
The brand continues to grow and innovate: with nearly 30 stores throughout France, a first unique co-creation with an influencer, and the export of our Broyés du Poitou to the United States, 2025 is a year focused on indulgence, sharing, and international reach.
2024
La Fabrique Cookies makes its first external acquisition!
The company is reaching a new milestone by acquiring an artisanal biscuit factory in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, renowned for its emblematic product, the Broyé du Poitou. It is also continuing to develop its franchise network with more than 8 new openings in the provinces, in Poitiers, Tours, Rennes, and Brive.

La Fabrique Cookies launches its first CookieDay!
The very first CookieDay marked an important milestone for La Fabrique. Conceived as a true day of gourmet delight, this inaugural edition was an opportunity to share pleasure and generosity around cookies, to surprise and delight customers, and to celebrate the values that form the soul of the brand.
2022
La Fabrique Cookies is celebrating its 10th anniversary!
To celebrate its 10th anniversary, the company is reaching a major milestone with the inauguration of a new 1,650 m² production facility in Gennevilliers. With its 10 stores in Île-de-France and Luxembourg, this step illustrates La Fabrique Cookies' strength and paves the way for new adventures.

In its desire to create an unforgettable shared moment, La Fabrique Cookies is launching an exclusive event: the CookieDay! Designed as a true day of indulgence, this very first edition allowed us to meet our customers, introduce the brand to new cookie lovers, and share pleasure and generosity around our treats.
2015
La Fabrique Cookies is opening its doors to professionals!
La Fabrique Cookies continues to expand its network of company-owned stores, but for the first time, it decided to offer its 100% pure butter cookies to catering professionals. This has allowed La Fabrique Cookies to become known to a wider audience.
2014
La Fabrique Cookies is rapidly taking off!
After the opening of the first stores and the creation of a 40 m² laboratory, the adventure continues to grow with the opening of a third store on Rue de Levis. Each new step brings energy and deliciousness, laying the foundations for a wonderful story to share with you.

In 2012, La Fabrique Cookies was founded with 25 gourmet recipes, a first store, and a simple Facebook page to share our creations. Thanks to this touch of audacity and a lot of passion, the adventure could finally begin!

La Fabrique Cookies was founded by Alexis de Galembert, who left everything behind to embark on the cookie adventure!
His passion for good things and his pride in offering clean label products gave birth to this beautiful story.
