A bold recipe inspired by travels!
For this first co-creation, La Fabrique Cookies and Le Paris d’Alexis envisioned
the recipe as a true culinary adventure. Inspired by the vibrant flavors
of the island, this exclusive creation marries the sweetness of milk chocolate (cocoa from
Ghana), the roundness of Bourbon vanilla, and the exotic warmth of a hint of cayenne pepper,
a nod to the spices of Martinican markets.
To enhance this creation, a unique topping reveals a generous Valrhona chocolate bean,
a symbol of excellence and indulgence.
Bold and refined, this recipe pays homage to a spicy chocolate bar
discovered by Le Paris d’Alexis during his last trip to Martinique. It will be
available in all stores in France until December 31st, a perfect treat
for the holiday season!
