Founded in 2012 by Alexis de Galembert, La Fabrique Cookies was born from the ambition to offer soft and delicious cookies, with a multitude of recipes! And we are committed to making these cookies according to the rules of the art, using French products as much as possible. Fresh French butter, organic eggs from southeastern France, flour from Centre-Val-de-Loire, itself made with wheat harvested less than 90 km from the mill, and so on!
It is crucial for us to source all our ingredients wisely, locally, and to develop clean label recipes, without additives or preservatives, without artificial flavors, without palm oil or margarine. The freshness and quality of our products are at the heart of our concerns!
Our production workshop is located in Gennevilliers (92), in the Paris region. There, we meticulously prepare our cookie doughs every day. These doughs are then sent fresh to all our stores, both owned and franchised (B2C). The cookies are calibrated and baked on site. We also develop an offer for catering professionals (B2B), with over 150 active clients!
Today, we are looking for our future 35H Sales Assistant (M/F) on a permanent contract, from Monday to Friday, for one of our stores located in Paris - Gare de Saint Lazare (75008).
Your missions:
SALES:
- Prepare cookie dough balls, bake them according to sales needs and in compliance with the company's specifications.
- Assist the customer from welcome to departure, meeting their expectations.
- Develop relationships, foster loyalty.
- Sell additional products, propose formulas.
- Respect the company's packaging and conditioning techniques.
- Process payments.
- Check the cash float when starting the shift and count it at closing.
ANIMATE THE POINT OF SALE:
- Showcase product and service offerings according to brand recommendations in a well-maintained, attractive, and well-stocked store.
- Ensure a quality welcome for customers throughout the sales process.
- Participate in animating commercial operations.
MANAGE STOCKS:
- In the absence of the primary salesperson, be able to place orders according to needs.
- Control the preservation and condition of perishable products and remove unsuitable products from sale.
- Monitor stock levels, store merchandise in reserve, and arrange products at the point of sale.
ENSURE STORE SECURITY:
- Apply hygiene, quality, and quality control procedures corresponding to company standards and regulations.
- Respect security procedures.

Desired Profile:
We are looking for a dynamic person with a certain aptitude for sales. In our company, we are looking for a personality, an attitude, rather than skills. A first experience in sales and in the agri-food sector is a plus.
