What we offer

We are currently looking for our future Food Production Manager (39H) H/F on a permanent contract.

Your missions:

Mission 1: Manage the production workshops (pastry, dough forming, baking)

  • Schedule & launch production orders for dough/forming/baking on the ERP
  • Manage workshop stocks (raw materials/packaging, semi-finished products)
  • Ensure accurate traceability from reception to baking via the ERP
  • Ensure daily quality control compliance
  • Ensure compliance with good hygiene and safety practices

Mission 2: Ensure the daily cleanliness of the workshop

  • Organize and enforce cleaning and disinfection schedules

Mission 3: Manage your team

  • On-site and operational management
  • Manage schedules to ensure operational continuity
  • Train and develop your team's skills
  • Conduct recruitment interviews for your team

Mission 4: Manage goods receipts (physical and digital)

  • Perform reception control on the ERP
  • Ensure merchandise storage in compliance with storage rules (FIFO, allergens, organic, etc.)
  • Participate in quarterly inventories

Mission 5: Collaborate with the packaging department and the quality/R&D department

  • Participate in continuous improvement projects: supply, kneading/dough divider flow, etc.
  • Lead corrective action plans within your scope
  • Participate in monthly GMP/CE inspections
  • Coordinate the execution of R&D/semi-industrial trials with production requirements
  • Be proactive in proposing improvements
  • Report any remarks or observations affecting food quality and safety to management

The profile we are looking for

  • Minimum BTS in production or 2/3 years of experience in production as a team leader
  • Be autonomous / involved and proactive
  • Demonstrate concentration and good reasoning to react, adapt, and quickly solve manufacturing problems
  • CACES
