What is La Fabrique Cookies?
La Fabrique Cookies is a young company that bakes cookies, and its activity consists of 2 parts:
- retail, with 13 company-owned and franchised stores (20 by the end of the year);
- B2B with cookies, cakes, and madeleines, for catering professionals.
The team is therefore split between the production workshop, sales points, and offices,
and we have three main things in common:
- We love adventure! The adventure of a startup becoming an SME, with all the challenges and
obstacles that come with it, and all the responsibility and autonomy that entails. - We love to work in a good mood and share our enthusiasm,
our stresses, our joys, our fears, our successes! - We love to thrive through work, participate in many projects at once,
learn, make mistakes, start over, succeed and grow.

To participate in the development of new recipes, we are recruiting an R&D Assistant Intern,
reporting to the R&D Project Manager.
Missions:
- Formulation of our new La Fabrique recipes and client recipes
- Sourcing of new raw materials
- Referencing new suppliers in compliance with our Client Specifications and
our charter - Setup, execution, and monitoring of laboratory tests
- Facilitation of weekly tasting committees
- Calculation of nutritional values and production of product labeling
- Cost control of recipes
- Development of Client Specifications
- Trend/bibliographic monitoring
Desired profile:
- Student from Bac+3 to Bac+5 in the agri-food sector
- Demonstrate rigor and organization
- Be autonomous
- Know how to write
- Be curious and creative
